Why 3D Printed? It's a Feature.
Not a compromise. Not a cost-cutting measure. A deliberate choice for better materials, better designs, and better service.
All traditional plastics are made with hormone-disrupting chemicals that leach out for the entire life of the plastic. That's why we use polylactic acid (PLA), a bioplastic made from renewable resources, with none of those compounds.
Some of our designs simply can't be injection molded; they're too complex. Our Stevenson screen sensor housings, with their dual-layer louvre system, require a level of geometric detail that only 3D printing can achieve.
Need a custom mounting bracket? Different cable routing? An enclosure sized for your specific setup? We do bespoke builds quickly and affordably. Try asking that from a company with a warehouse full of injection-molded parts.
