All of our software is written by us — and it's designed to automatically delete your personal information immediately after your order ships or any warranty service is complete.
Your warranty isn't tied to an account or registration form. It's tied to your device. We keep only two things: the serial number and the date of sale — stored in an encrypted database with zero personal information.

All traditional plastics are made with hormone-disrupting chemicals that leach out for the entire life of the plastic. That's why we use polylactic acid (PLA) — a bioplastic made from renewable resources, with none of those compounds.
