Set It and Forget It
This isn't a dumb relay that turns fans on and off. It's a complete climate control system with its own processor running PID control algorithms — the same mathematics used in industrial process control, HVAC systems, and scientific equipment.
Configure your target setpoint — temperature, humidity, or VPD — and the controller continuously adjusts fan speed to maintain it. Not hunting. Not overshooting. Smooth, proportional control that converges on your target and holds it there.
Once configured, the controller runs entirely on its own CPU. Lose your internet connection. Lose your phone. The controller doesn't care. As long as it has power, it controls your fans.

12-Bit Precision
The quality of your fan control is only as good as the signal driving it. We use an off-board 12-bit DAC — a dedicated digital-to-analog converter that outputs a clean, precise 0-10V signal.
12-bit resolution gives you 4,096 discrete fan speed levels. That's enough granularity for the PID algorithm to make tiny adjustments without visible stepping — your fans ramp smoothly up and down as conditions change.
DAC calibration is stored in dedicated EEPROM, while all settings and operational state live in high-quality flash memory on the microcontroller — non-volatile storage that survives power loss indefinitely. Lose power, regain power, and the controller resumes exactly where it left off. No reconfiguration required.

Every fan controller ships with a Swiss-made Sensirion temperature and humidity sensor. Deploy it however suits your setup.
Swiss Precision
Sensirion sensors are the industry standard for precision environmental measurement — designed and manufactured in Switzerland, trusted in medical devices, cleanrooms, and laboratory equipment. Accurate readings mean accurate control.
Continuous Data Logging
The controller reports its state every five seconds — current fan speed, temperature, humidity, VPD, and setpoint status. All of it logged automatically as historical graphical data.
The server retains one month of aggregated data — enough to see trends, spot problems, and verify that your climate control is actually working as expected.

Printed in PLA Bioplastic
The enclosure is 3D printed in Bambu Lab PLA Pure — a five-ingredient bioplastic made from plant starch, with no plasticiser of any kind. No phthalates, and none of the polyethylene glycol or citrate esters that some PLA compounds use. Independent SGS testing of printed samples under EU Regulation 10/2011 measured overall migration in all four food simulants and found none detectable in any of them, including 3% acetic acid held at 70°C.
Those reports cover the material we print in rather than certifying this finished part, and we don't market our enclosures as food-safe — printed parts have layer lines, which is a hygiene question no chemistry can answer.
